Help Us Restore Your Email Delivery

You should never have to wonder where your Patriot Post went. A few minutes here gives us what we need to get it back in your inbox.

Since moving to our new publishing system, delivery of The Patriot Post has measurably improved for the overwhelming majority of our readers. Yet some of our most faithful supporters — including you — have told us our email still isn’t reaching them, and that is unacceptable to us.

Here is the important part: when our email doesn’t arrive, the fault lies with your mailbox provider, not with The Patriot Post. Every edition leaves our servers addressed to you. Whether it reaches your inbox is decided by the company that operates your mailbox — Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, AOL, MSN, your internet provider — whose automated filters sometimes divert or silently discard the email you asked to receive.

Why This Questionnaire Helps

We cannot see what your mailbox provider does with our email after it leaves our hands — but you can. Your answers below tell us which providers are filtering us and how, so we can take your evidence to them and get it corrected.

One step you can take today: add our sending address, publishing@mail.patriotpost.us, to your contacts or “safe senders” list. Providers rarely filter mail from a sender in your address book.
